    REALLY DELICIOUS. I felt like I was back in Ubud, Bali here! Went for a work lunch and we couldn’t hide our excitement – it was so hard to pick what to eat! The build your own salads looked delicious, and there’s sooo many options to pick from. The menu includes the health benefits of each topping/salad addition.

    I had the Buddha Bowl – a mix of brown rice, pumpkin, super soft tofu, more veggies, lotus root chips (YUM, where can I get this to nibble on all the time!?)…all topped with warm Thai red curry. SOO good.

    We also shared the pumpkin soup (best one I’ve ever had!) and 2 desserts – mint coco and banoffe, and they were delicious. More than enough to split among 3 people.

    Also had a “Vatte” – coffee with almond milk. I couldn’t contain myself too, I’m lactose intolerant and not always ok with soy milk…and this coffee was great! PLUS, they added a free chlorophyll water and info about it too.

    Had really great conversations over this meal, to eat and have life chat about abundance and what’s next was perfect over this food :)
