Garden To Table Private Dinings
The key concept of Garden to Table is that we try to grow our own ingredients as much as we can, without using chemicals, and use them in our cooking. We try to reduce waste by composting our food scraps, or make garbage enzymes from fruit peels/leftovers as fertilizers or cleaning solutions. The edible garden has more than 100 types of edible plants and it is opened to the public on Saturday for them to experience and learn about edible gardening.
